ILL-ESRF Joint Meeting #1

ILL-ESRF First Joint Meeting on Sample Environment

The first ILL-ESRF Joint Meeting took place at the Château de la Baume (Seyssins, France) on Tuesday 21 March 2006. This meeting gathered all people in charge of the sample environment equipments at both facilities. The aim was to meet the colleagues from the other facility, present the equipments, discuss the difficulties related to the nature of the beams and present the projects. Following the many lively discussions that took place during the meeting, a visit of the respectives laboratories is foreseen in the near future and some collaborations are also envisaged.
