Temporary solution for requesting beam time

The internet tool to request beam time for samples associated with accepted proposals will not work in the current ILL internet situation.

In the interim, please follow the following procedure:

1. Create a New Message from your preferred e-mail client.
2. Address it to wildes@ill.eu
3. Give it the subject "Time request on Orient Express - <proposal number>" where <proposal number> is your proposal number.
4. Copy and paste the template and fill in the relevant information:

• Requester:
• Proposal:
• Local contact:
• Sample:
• Time estimate:
• Desired date(s):
• Comments:

Then the message can be sent.
