Responsibilities
Research scientist and instrument co-responsible for the neutron macromolecular crystallography beamline LADI-DALI.
Science
During my PhD studies at the University Grenoble Alpes, I focused on studying carbohydrate-binding proteins from pathogenic bacteria using neutron and X-ray macromolecular crystallography. Perdeuteration of protein and carbohydrate molecules played an important role in studying these interactions using neutron diffraction and ILL offers unique expertise in deuteration of biomolecules.
I continue working on sugar binding proteins involved in bacterial infection but I am open to collaborate on different projects that can benefit from determination of hydrogen atom positions in protein structures.
