The Institut Laue-Langevin is one of the members of the Grenoble Platform for Advanced Characterisation (PAC-G). PAC-G provides advanced characterisation services for innovation in micro- and nano-electronics as part of the Nanoelec Technological Research Institute.

  • Series of stress profiles (three principal directions) through the component thickness: from 10 kEUR
