Large dynamic range small-angle diffractometer
Small-angle diffraction from the vortex lattice in the type II superconductor MgB2. This experiment revealed the anisotropic nature of the double-gap behaviour in MgB2. The sample was a 98 microgram crystal, surely a record for the smallest sample size used in neutron experiments.
