The User Support Team is here to assist all our users. If you are coming to the ILL to carry out experiments, the User Office provides the organisational and administrative support you need to carry out your experiments successfully.
The User Support Team also books your accommodation and processes claims for expenses after you have completed your experiment.

The User Office is located in ILL50, offices 118 and 116 (First floor).
It is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 16:30 (Closed at lunchtime).

For all reservations contact ILL Accommodation Office or the User Office and refer to our User Guide.
Don't forget that reservations for the Guest House are processed automatically, but that you must first complete your registration online in your User Club account.
N.B.: Outside the Guest House Reception opening hours, the room key is given to the Site Entrance, together with other useful documents/information.
