We would ask all speakers to prepare their talk as Microsoft Powerpoint or PDF. The computer connected to the presentation system of the amphitheater is a Windows based machine. The possibility of using Apple computer is not certain at this moment.
We calculated
- an invited talk to last 20 Minutes + 5 Minutes for Discussion
- an contributed talk to last 12 Minutes + 3 Minutes for Discussion
All presentations need to be uploaded via USB-stick to the presentation computer in the Amphitheater before the session.
Unless the presenter is giving us other instructions we will upload the presentation to the indigo server of the webpage giving it public visibility.
