We would ask Poster presenters to mount their posters during the first day of the conference. We will maintain the posters visible during the entire conference duration. If possible we ask the poster presenters to provide us a PDF file of the poster to upload it later on the conference web page.
The Poster Session takes place in the evening of July 18th in the ground floor of the conference site.
We ask all poster presenters to prepare posters in A0 Portrait. Poster stands will be provided. We would ask all presenters to have their posters ready on Monday allowing us to mount them as early as possible. We will try to leave the posters visible until the end of the conference.
We will serve during the session fresh local made beer, non-alcoholic drinks and a few snacks.
