Test version download

The notarisation process of .DMG archives is know through the new Apple tool:
       xcrun notarytool submit

Test download v311 - 08 March 2023 (dmg - 144 Mi)

The main change is a test on the processor used. If it is an Apple Silicon (arm64) the required XQuartz version is 2.8.4 or higher.
This version implements the binaries from the build server as of 6 March 2023.

Some corrections from Juan in the FullProf suite (tof_fit_ci, k-search, maximum entrropy, flipping ratios.

Tests on Ventura for Intel (macOS 13) revealed several problems
1- macOS known bug (Mavericks)
The shell command:    open -b com.apple.terminal '../Resources/myScript.sh'
gives the error  "myScript.sh" can’t be opened because (null) is not allowed to open documents in Terminal.
The implemented workaround is a call to the Terminal through an osascript in the binary FullProf4Mac + the additional entiltlement "com.apple.security.automation.apple-events"
2- UPX bug
Binaries crashed on Ventura for Intel with error: "Segmentation fault 11", but not on Ventura for Apple silicon).
It turned out that the Build Server used UPX (Ultimate Packer for eXecutables) which has a bug. Packed binaries worked on Big Sur but crashed on Ventura with error: "segmentation fault 11".
Removing UPX also made "vtool -show-build " display again the missing binary parameters LC_BUILD_VERSION.

Removing terminal warnings:
     * Fontconfig warning: ignoring UTF-8: not a valid region tag
     * Warning: locale not supported by Xlib, locale set to C
     Info.plist was modified:
          <key>CFBundleDevelopmentRegion</key>
          <string>en</string>
     Replaced by:
          <key>CFBundleDevelopmentRegion</key>
          <string>en_US.UTF-8</string>
