Spin dynamics of metal particles in an insulator matrix

This example shows spin dynamics of mono-domain Fe particles associated with a “superspin” embedded in an insulating matrix of Al2O3. The measurement at a correlation time of 200 ns in this experiment is equivalent to a measurement at an energy transfer of about 10 neV.
