Producing this updated version of the English translation of Bernard Jacrot’s book was not an easy task. Many thanks to Bernard and Bernard’s family, who gave us the permission to
do so, and to Ron Ghosh, who immediately agreed to do the translation work. The project was supported and funded by both ILL Management and the ILL Communication group.
