- Breakfast is provided at your accommodation. On bank holidays breakfast is not provided by Residence Marie Curie. Residents may book b'fast at the Guest House.
- For other meals each user will receive a canteen card on arrival. The canteen uses a 'points' system; the cost in points of each dish is displayed in the canteen.
- Users who are entitled to ILL funding will receive a canteen card pre-charged for 2 days (a total of 100 points).
- The receipt details the number of points used, and the equivalent in Euros. After the 2 days, the user should recharge the card at the cash office in the canteen lobby. These cards are valid for the onsite canteen only.
- Following the initial prepaid days, users are allocated a meal allowance of 8 EUR/meal for 2 meals/day for the rest of the experimental period (reimbursed with the travel claim).
- Any credit remaining on pre-charged cards at the end of the stay is reimbursed by the ILL when processing the travel claim.
