• All users are accommodated in the Guest House, depending on availability of rooms in the ILL quota. Requests for accommodation are made by ticking the appropriate box on the registration form in the Visitors Club.

• If the Guest House is full (ie ILL quota), ILL Reception will book a room in an aparthotel/hotel near the station and the bill (incl. breakfast and tourist tax) will be paid directly by ILL.

• Users who request specific accommodation other than the Guest House, will be reimbursed on the basis of Guest House cost to ILL (Oct. '10: 20 EUR/night).

• Users who do not request accommodation through the Visitors Club registration form will not be reimbursed for their accommodation.

• If accommodation reservations cannot be taken up please inform ILL Reception immediately. Any cancellation charges arising through failure to inform the ILL in good time will be invoiced to the user.

• ILL pays for the number of experiment days allocated (given on the invitation form) + 1 additional day. Extra days of beamtime allocated at short notice by the instrument responsible may be reimbursed after confirmation by the Instrument Responsible or Local Contact.
