The User Support Team is here to assist all our users. If you are coming to the ILL to carry out experiments, the User Office provides the organisational and administrative support you need to carry out your experiments successfully.

The User Support Team also books your accommodation and processes claims for expenses after you have completed your experiment.

The User Office is located in the main building ILL4 - Office 112 (1st floor). It is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 17:00 (Closed at lunchtime).
