The ILL Theory Group
The primary research themes in the group are many body and statistical physics of condensed matter, and soft matter.

The ILL Theory Group members and the visitors collaborating with ILL/ESRF scientists and external experimental users on theoretical physics are indispensable ingredients of the creative scientific atmosphere at the ILL.
The Theory College was led by Prof. Philippe Nozières from 1972 to 2000. From September 2000 the college has been led by Prof. Efim KATS.
