furnace

Carbolite CTF 12/65

room 205

Max Temp. 1200 oC, ceramic work tube,  length 600 mm, bore 65 mm

Possibility to work under vacuum

Never put directly your sample in the heating tube. Use a temperature- resistive sample holder!

furnace

Carbolite STF 16/--/450

room 207

max temp. 1500 oC, ceramic work tube, length  900 mm, bore 45 mm

The ceramic work tube can be cracked if workpieces are inserted too quickly or at temperature below  900 oC when the tube is more brittle. Avoid large temperature difference between the tube and the sample.

Do not set too high heating rate. Large diameter tubes are less resistant to thermal shock

furnace

Carbolite TZF 12/65/550

room 207

Three heating zones , max temp. 1200 oC, ceramic work tube, length  600 mm, bore 65 mm

The ceramic work tube can be cracked if workpieces are inserted too quickly or at temperature below  900 oC when the tube is more brittle. Avoid large temperature difference between the tube and the sample
