While the ILL's neutron source has remained essentially unchanged during the lifetime of the Institute, the ILL's instruments and their components have been continually developed and improved to increase their effectiveness.

The ILL Yellow BookClick here for the on-line 2008 version of the Yellow Book, the guide to the ILL instrument suite and its characteristics (including sample environments, laboratories, ...). The ILL Yellow Book is also available on CD. Paper copies or CDs can be ordered from the Scientific Coordination Office (sco(at)ill.fr).
