2.0 (Dec 2006)

most guides m=2, starting at 2.33 m.

10.0 +/- 0.1 [Phi=7.8]
1.88 +/- 0.05 [Phi=0.74]

10.1 +/- 0.6 [Phi=7.6]
2.18 +/- 0.04 [Phi=.66]

Flux measured and simulated with MCNP and Tripoli at 5.2 m from the core (bouchon). Phi is the integrate rwa flux. The Capture flux is the integrated weighted flux (lambda/1.8). Fluxes given here assume NO guide.

Flux distributions at the Vanne de securite/Bouchon (5.2 m from core). No guide model.

  • Spatial: homogeneous.
  • Divergence: gaussian, 0.95 deg half width horizontally and vertically.
  • Wavelength is not correlated to position
  • Wavelength is correlated to divergence

Simulation results

All tallies/monitors are given at L+5.2 m from the reactor core, per cm2, and usually as log10(intensity).
