Science at ILL (old)

Theory

The ILL Theory Group works to understand
(i) neutrons and their interaction with matter and
(ii) the properties of materials being studied using neutrons/xrays.

The group members and its visitors provide theoretical physics support to ILL/ESRF scientists and external experimental users, greatly adding to the ILL's creative scientific atmosphere.
