The 4 June 2008 inspection was held to check the ILL's compliance with the commitments it had made following the safety authority's inspections of 2007. The inspection was based on letters sent by the ILL in answer to requests by the safety authority.


The inspectors consider that the ILL's engagements have been respected. They also found however that a number of documents remain to be produced or updated. The improvements required led to a number of requests being formulated during the inspection. No significant observation was made as a result of the inspection.
