The 14 March 2007 inspection was held to make a formal assessment of the Institut Laue-Langevin's integration of the human factor in its operations.

No significant issues were raised at the end of the inspection.

The safety authorities' inspectors did however note that, although the human factor was taken into account in the ILL's practices, it was not thoroughly formalised.
